Funeral flowers, farewell flowers, celebration of life flowers. Whatever you choose to call them they’ve come a long way from the traditional chrysanthemum spray of yesteryear.
Now, I must admit we haven’t really been asked to create farewell flowers since I opened my studio almost 12 years ago. However, this year we’ve had the honour of creating meaningful tributes for several clients in North London who have sadly lost beloved family members. I thought, therefore, that it would be useful to offer a brief insight in to how we approach making tribute flowers.
It goes without saying that we truly understand that losing a loved one is an incredibly difficult time and therefore we ensure that ordering a floral tribute is as simple as possible. We work with the seasons to make beautiful, bespoke arrangements that reflect the personality of your loved one, a world away from off-the-shelf designs. We take time to talk to you about your special person asking about their favourite flowers, colours and style. Whether its a luxury display for a church, a beautiful seasonal casket spray or table vases for a wake we take great pride and care in making each and every arrangement unique to the person who has passed away.
Our aim is to deliver uplifting florals to help soothe this sad time as well as celebrate a life well lived.
We also liaise directly with the funeral director on all practicalities and delivery in the N6 area is free of charge.
